Let’s celebrate you and your body with a deeply nourishing 75-minute Yin Yoga class devoted to self-love, compassion, and mindful presence. This gentle yet powerful practice is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and invites you into a slow, meditative experience designed to support both physical and energetic balance.
In Yin Yoga, poses are held for 3–5 minutes, allowing time for the fascia and connective tissues to gently soften and release. Rather than forcing or striving, we honor the body exactly as it is, creating space for natural release to occur in its own time. This practice encourages stillness, patience, and deep listening—offering an opportunity to reconnect with yourself on a profound level.
This class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and cultivate self-acceptance while nurturing your nervous system and inner landscape. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
The class is prenatal-friendly during the first trimester only. Mats and supportive props will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
