This gentle yet powerful practice is a guided, restorative meditation done lying comfortably in savasana. As your body relaxes, your mind is guided through the space between wakefulness and sleep. Through breathwork (pranayama), intention-setting, and soothing guided imagery, you’ll allow your body and nervous system to release stress, tension, and mental chatter.
