As the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, we invite you to connect deeply with this cosmic turning point through mindful movement and breath.
In this special class, we’ll honor the sun’s life-giving energy with a flowing sequence of three distinct variations of the Sun Salutation, also known as Surya Namaskar. Each movement will be paired with intentional breathwork, creating a rhythm that awakens the body, clears the mind, and stokes the inner fire. As we flow together, you’ll generate warmth from within, cultivating your own inner sun while enhancing your flexibility, strength, and presence.
This solstice practice is more than just physical—it’s a moving meditation, a celebration of vitality, renewal, and the shifting of seasons. Let your breath guide you as we greet the sun and channel its power into our lives through purposeful motion and stillness.
