ZenfullyKJ is excited to host our THIRD yoga workshop! In this 90-minute hands-on experience, weβll break down the fundamentals needed to safely access Bow Pose (Dhanurasana) and Wheel Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana). π
Together weβll explore:
π Proper pose mechanics
π Safe body preparation for backbends
π Step-by-step guidance and support
π Warm-ups, discussion, and hands-on practice
No need to feel intimidated β weβll take everything one step at a time while having fun learning how to bend our bodies like pretzels! π₯¨β¨
Yoga experience is required; however, everyone will receive assistance and modifications as needed. Feel free to bring your own mat, or weβll have mats and all props available for you. π
*Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours before class with the option of rebooking or a full refund. Pre-registration is required for all classes with full payment upfront. NO in person payments accepted.
