Together, we’ll begin by centering ourselves and quieting the mind through grounding breathwork. From there, we’ll move into a series of mindful stretches and poses, holding each one with intention and care. This isn’t about perfect form—it’s about tuning into your body, finding your rhythm, and honoring exactly where you are in this moment.
This class is designed to help you cultivate presence, ease, and compassion—both on and off the mat. As we move through each posture, you’ll be encouraged to listen to your body’s signals, soften around tension, and allow space for both rest and renewal. No experience is necessary—just a willingness to show up for yourself with openness and curiosity.
