Whether you’re young or simply aging backwards, the ability to move with ease is the foundation of a healthy, vibrant life. This mobility-focused yoga class is designed to help you unlock your body’s full potential by combining mindful movement, breath, and flow.
In this class, we’ll practice a vinyasa-style sequence, moving through a variety of asanas that:

✨ Build strength, balance, and coordination across all planes of movement
✨ Connect breath with body for deeper awareness and flow
✨ Support functional movement that carries into your everyday life
This is more than just stretching, it’s a practice of exploring your body, building resilience, and discovering how good it feels to move with freedom and intention.
Who it’s for: This class is adaptable for all levels of experience, and is especially welcoming to those who want to improve mobility, flexibility, and strength. It is also prenatal-friendly through the second trimester, with modifications provided as needed.
What to bring: A yoga mat and a water bottle. Don’t have them? No worries—we’ve got mats and props available for you.
