In this 90-minute session, we’ll break down the fundamentals of yoga alignment and technique to help you access two foundational poses: Chaturanga Dandasana (Yoga Plank) and Bakasana (Crow Pose).

Some yoga experience is required for this workshop; however, this is a hands-on class, so everyone will be assisted. Feel free to bring your mat, and if not, we have that covered for you along with all the props needed for this class.
