We’ll begin with a series of slow, floor-based gentle yoga poses to release tension and invite ease into the body. From there, we’ll transition into deeply restorative postures, supported with props such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters. These poses are held for extended periods, encouraging the muscles to soften, the breath to deepen, and the nervous system to unwind. This stillness offers space for profound healing, grounding you in the present moment.
To close, you’ll be guided through a soothing meditation journey designed to quiet the mental chatter and restore emotional balance. Heated eye masks will be offered to enhance the experience, adding a touch of warmth and comfort to help you sink even deeper into relaxation.
