As the year gently draws to a close, let’s gather as a community to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
This workshop is a sacred space for us to come together—to share, to listen, to laugh, to heal, and simply be. We’ll begin by looking back on the year with gratitude, honoring the lessons we’ve learned and consciously releasing what no longer serves us. Journaling will be an option for those who wish to reflect privately.
Next, we’ll move into a healing pranayama (breath-work) session, using the power of breath to release negativity and invite deep peace into our minds and bodies.
To close, we’ll immerse ourselves in a sound meditation, allowing the healing frequencies to restore balance—within and around us. You’ll leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and ready to embrace the rest of the year with clarity and renewed energy.
All materials—journals, pens, eye masks, and props—will be provided. If you have personal ritual items (crystals, malas, etc.) that enhance your meditation practice, feel free to bring them along.
Let’s step into this space together, honoring where we’ve been and preparing for where we’re going.
🧘 What to bring: Just yourself and a willingness to rest. We’ll provide everything else—mats, props, blankets, and any support you may need for ultimate comfort.
