Unlike the energizing heat of sun salutations, moon salutations are slow, cooling, and deeply introspective. Weâll move through fluid side stretches, grounding lunges, and soft heart-opening backbendsâdesigned to activate your yin (feminine) energy, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. You'll be guided with intention and care, making this practice perfect for winding down your evening or creating space for inner clarity during any lunar phase.
